2. Users
Access to and use of the portal confer the status of USER, which implies full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms of Use set out herein. These terms shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Terms that may also be binding.

Autoritas Consulting (hereinafter, "Autoritas") provides access to information, services, programs and data (hereinafter, "the content") owned by Autoritas or its licensors. The USER assumes responsibility for their use of the portal and undertakes to use it in accordance with applicable law.
4. Data Protection
Autoritas complies with applicable data protection legislation and ensures the appropriate use of personal data. On every form used to collect personal data, the user will be informed about the processing of their data, its purpose, the possibility of exercising their rights (access, rectification, erasure or objection) and any disclosure to third parties, where applicable.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property
Autoritas holds the intellectual and industrial property rights to the website, including all of its elements: images, text, logos, design, software, etc. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or any commercial use without express authorization is prohibited. The USER may use the content solely for personal purposes, always respecting the ownership rights involved.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
Autoritas shall not be liable for damages arising from errors in the content, unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs, notwithstanding the technological measures adopted to prevent them.
7. Modifications
Autoritas reserves the right to modify, remove or add content and services without prior notice, as well as to change their presentation or location on the portal.
8. External Links
Autoritas does not control or assume responsibility for the content of external links included on its portal. The inclusion of such links does not imply any association with the linked entities.
9. Right of Exclusion
Autoritas reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or its services without prior notice, at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, in the event of non-compliance with the General Terms of Use.
10. Legal Action
Autoritas will take the legal measures necessary to address any breach of these terms and any improper use of its portal.
11. Amendments and Validity
These terms may be amended by Autoritas at any time and will be published together with the corresponding updates. These terms shall remain in force until duly replaced by others published in due course.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Autoritas and the USER shall be governed by applicable Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
